PAYMENT OPTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mail it in

Send your payment along with the payment coupon to the address on the coupon

2. Online Bill Pay

Online bill payment using your bank’s website:

Made payable to your community’s name
c/o Beck and Company Payment Processing Center
PO Box 97615
Las Vegas, NV  89193-7615

You will need to update the payment amount if the dues amounts change.

3. Setup Automatic Online Bill Payments

You can set up the automatic draft from your checking account or credit card by clicking the button below. Your Association’s bank has changed to Alliance Association Bank (AAB).  The link below will take you to a page where you will be directed to cancel any recurring payments you currently have set up through Mutual of Omaha Bank, and establish recurring payments through AAB. 

Credit card user fees may be applied to your credit card.

You can use the information from your coupons to help set this up. You can call our office to request your Account Number, Management ID and Property ID.

You will need your bank account or credit card information.

You will need to update the payment amount if the dues amount change.

If your property approves a special assessment, you will need to set-up a separate payment.

*When you sell your unit you will need to cancel your payment drafts.
